Channel Tag
How to Put Tags on Your YouTube Channel For Your Business
With more 800 million visitors every month, YouTube gives you a powerful way to connect with your business customers and clients. YouTube enables business owners to create their own channels to organize videos. You can customize your channel by adding tags, which are one- or two-word descriptions that help YouTube visitors find your videos more easily.
Step 1Sign in to your YouTube account.
Step 2Click the blue square at the top-right corner of the page, then click "My channel" under YouTube.
Step 3Click "Channel Settings," then click the "Info and Settings" tab.
Step 4Enter a detailed description of your channel in the Description box, if you haven't already done so. Visitors will see this information when they view your channel.
Step 5Enter tags for your channel in the Tags field. Think about the terms a YouTube visitor might search for to find your channel. For example, if your channel represents a bookstore, you might use tags like "best sellers," "fiction" or "novels."
Step 6Click "Done Editing" when you finish adding tags. You can return to this page and add or remove tags any time.
